Madison County Schools Discuss District-wide Facilities Transformation

School districts across the nation must find a way to manage aging facilities and deferred maintenance backlogs. Add to that a growing student population and constrained budgets and district-wide transformation seems impossible. But there are proven funding streams hiding in many school district’s budgets.

This conversation with Alabama’s Madison County Schools admin highlights an inspiring story of overcome deferred maintenance and budget woes to improve a school district.
