Why Energy P3, Why Now?

Public-private partnerships (P3) have been used by schools for a long time to fund key initiatives, but only recently have its benefits been realized for energy and infrastructure projects. Using P3, schools are addressing deferred maintenance and creating new capital, all while shifting operational risk to experienced partners.
