North Carolina School District Saves $1M with Performance Contracting

As a small community on the coast of North Carolina, Brunswick County is prone to unpredictable flooding and devastating infrastructure damage. The District was unable to afford necessary mechanical improvements and was in the process of applying for a loan when Schneider Electric stepped in.
