FILLED - Marketing and Communications Manager (US)

The client-facing Marketing & Communications Manager is a utility player, skilled collaborator, and innovative creative who will play a major role in planning, managing, and delivering client marketing & communication engagements and support the development and growth of the Communications Services offer. The role will have specific, though not exclusive, emphasis on supporting client supply chain programs.

This position requires a high producing, exceptionally versatile, wickedly smart, and collaborative yet candid individual contributor who can pivot on a dime, manage multiple projects at once, and work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders at every organizational level, including CxO.

This individual will initiate and drive marketing and communications projects ranging from the creation and delivery of exceptional quality assets to clients, to narrative and messaging development, to the planning and execution of marcom strategies. This role will have responsibility for delivering these projects in support of our growing supply chain engagement programs, which requires patience and “cat herding” to align multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with small-to-medium enterprises. The individual will partner closely with sales, client management, operational, and marketing teams to drive value-added activities including proposal development, operational delivery of services, marketing asset development, clear claims, and thought leadership.
