What is GRESB?

GRESB is an investor-led data aggregator providing standardized and validated ESG data to the capital markets. Its scope to covers all real assets, including infrastructure. Data reported to GRESB for individual assets or entire portfolios is self-reported by real estate and infrastructure companies. The data is then validated by a third-party before being used to generate several ESG benchmarks.
