DSM teamed up with Google, Phillips, and AkzoNobel in the Dutch Wind Consortium to establish two wind PPAs in the Netherlands. By devoting significant time and resources when rolling out the first project, the companies were able to leverage the knowledge they gained to execute a second successful virtual PPA. The renewable energy generated from the two projects now covers over half of DSM’s energy requirements in the Netherlands.
