Using Act 32 to Fund and Improve Facilities

Lakeland Union High School reached out to Schneider Electric about a broken boiler from the 1950s. That initial interaction led to discussions about innovative energy saving technologies and a program for leveraging these guaranteed energy savings as funding mechanisms. Fast forward to today and the project has improved Lakeland Union’s building automation systems, air-handling units, electrical systems, building envelope...and of course, boilers.
