Morgan County Maximizes Local Funding to Improve Community Facilities

Morgan County, Georgia, improved stewardship of citizens’ tax dollars while addressing capital essentials and improving the efficiency of community facilities. The county needed to address deferred maintenance funding concerns in many of its facilities, including HVAC, lighting upgrades, and building automation to create a positive impact for the buildings and community members who use them.
